Theatre policy.

The Historic Fischer Theatre has implemented a new policy to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests.

Policy Overview: Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by and actively supervised by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times while in the theatre. The supervising adult must remain with them during the entire visit.

Age Verification: Guests appearing to be 15 years old or younger will be required to show proof of age upon entry.

Acceptable forms of identification include:

  • School ID card with a date of birth and photo

  • Military ID

  • Passport

  • State-issued driver’s license or ID Card

Guests unable to provide proof of age may be asked to leave the theatre.

General Housekeeping:

  • Please silence all mobile devices before entering the performance space.

  • No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the theatre.

  • Flash photography and video recording are prohibited during performances.

  • Guests should remain seated during performances unless an emergency requires them to leave.

  • Disruptive behavior, including excessive talking, loud noises, or inappropriate conduct, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the theatre.

  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the theatre.

  • Please clean up the space around you upon exiting the theatre. Trash receptacles can be found in the back of the theatre.

Purpose of the Policy: This policy is not intended to discourage or exclude anyone from enjoying performances at the Historic Fischer Theatre. Instead, it is designed to maintain a safe, comfortable, and disruption-free environment for everyone to have the best possible experience.
